About Me
My Background
Born in Europe I started drawing as soon as I could hold a pencil. At the age of 7 my formal art schooling began. I went to the middle and high schools that specialized in Art. Choosing it as my career path, I continued my studies at the Art University.
In 1992, I came to California. Inspired by the warmth of the local people and the beauty of this area, I began painting commissions. Working in many different Art styles and media allows me to make my clients’ dreams come true. I have painted artwork for Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital, Joe Mitchell Orthodontist Office, numerous private clients. I had exhibitions in the Monterey Convention Center, Carmel Vagabond Inn and the Lighthouse hotel
In 2014, I moved to Israel to be closer to my elderly father. The richness of local history, beautiful nature and vibrant culture fascinated me. Staying connected to the nature every day made me happier.
Living on the shore of the Mediterranean sea in Southern Israel inspired me to paint numerous seascapes, capturing the ever changing colors of the water, my beloved Marina with white boats, and restaurant lights reflecting in the waves.
I have participated in plain air competitions and had numerous art shows in Tel Aviv, Haifa, Ashdod and Ashkelon in Israel.
Believing Art to be an international language everybody can learn, I enjoyed teaching Art classes to adults and children in Israel. We can all express ourselves through Art.
I have recently relocated to Milwaukee and I am looking forward to share my art with you!
